About Us
Tracey Renee Thibert, BSN, RN, CEN, LNC brings more than 16 years of hands-on clinical nursing experience, with a strong background in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care. She offers current, in-depth knowledge of standards of care, clinical research analysis, and efficient navigation of complex electronic medical records. During her hospital career, she earned multiple Professional Nursing Advancement awards in recognition of her clinical excellence.
Today, Tracey focuses on legal nurse consulting, advocating for both plaintiff and defense attorneys in personal injury and medical malpractice matters. She supports case development through detailed medical record analysis, identification of strengths and weaknesses, and assistance with case theory and strategy from a clinical perspective—helping counsel clearly understand complex medical issues and defensibility.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, boating, relaxing at the beach, and spending time with her four fur-children.
Tracey leads a collaborative team of registered nurses with legal nurse consulting training and diverse clinical backgrounds, whose combined expertise spans all areas of medicine to provide comprehensive, case-specific support.
